Who we are

What we collect
When you send a Studio project brief, the Idem Test or join a waitlist, we receive the details you enter. A Studio brief includes your email, company and task, with optional budget, timing and references; we also record the page and button the inquiry came from.
Why
To read your application and reply to you. We don’t use it for advertising. We don’t sell it or share it with anyone, except the services that run this site and store it for us: Notion, our email provider and Vercel.
Where it is kept
Your answers, name and email are saved in our Notion workspace. When we write back, your address is also in our mailbox. Our host, Vercel, keeps technical request logs such as IP address and time. To stop spam we count the forms sent from one IP address; that count is erased after an hour.
Visits
We count visits with Umami: which page was opened, which site you came from, the country, and the kind of device and browser. It sets no cookies, does not keep your IP address and cannot tell who you are.
How long
Up to 12 months after our last message to you, then we delete it. Sooner if you ask.
How to have it deleted
Write to theo@nonidem.com from the address you used. We delete your answers, name and email from Notion and from the mailbox, and tell you when it is done. Write to the same address to see or correct what we have.
